BURRITOS 
This recipe can be made with either ground beef, pork, or turkey.

2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
5 tbsp. enchilada sauce mix
1 (16 oz.) can taco sauce
4 c. mashed beans
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
24 flour tortillas

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, stirring often; drain. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Simmer until heated through. Stir in cheese. Spoon into tortillas; fold to enclose filling. At this point burritos may be frozen or heated to serve. Serve with salsa. Tortillas roll easier if they are heated.
