YOU NAME IT 
1 pkg. med. sized flour tortillas
2-3 c. cooked rice
1 sm. can chopped chicken
1 med. can diced chili peppers

Mix together rice, chicken and chili peppers and salt and pepper to taste. Roll 3 tablespoonful of mixture in flour tortilla, use toothpick to hold together. Cut in 1" pieces. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with fresh guacamole dip.
