HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat
Garlic, onion powder
1 can mushroom soup
3 tbsp. sour cream
Beer or wine
16 oz. noodles, cooked and buttered
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
1 or 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

1. Brown chopped meat - sprinkle liberally with garlic and onion powder.

2. Drain.

3. Add soup, sour cream and wine or beer (4 ounces).

4. Simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Add peas and bring to bubble.

6. Pour over cooked noodles.

7. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes and serve.
