A PUNCH TO REMEMBER 
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can concentrated orange juice
2 1/2 qts. ginger ale
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Make ginger ale ice cubes with cherries in advance.

Mash orange juice; slowly add pineapple juice until well mixed. Add ginger ale. Just before serving, add peppermint extract.
