VEGETABLE LASAGNA 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cut spinach
1 1/2 c. peas
1 1/2 c. corn
3 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Boil lasagna according to directions. Boil with salt, spinach, peas and corn separately or in a microwave until tender.

In a deep dish, arrange a layer of lasagna. Put sauce on top followed by spinach, peas and corn. Next put a thin layer of cottage cheese. Then repeat once more. Then on the top layer of lasagna, put some sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake in microwave for 10 minutes or in a regular oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
