HEATH-BAR DESSERT | |
6 egg whites 1/3 c. sugar Whip egg whites, add sugar gradually. Beat until very very stiff. Line 2 (9 x 12 inch pans) with foil (do not grease). Put 1/2 mixture in each pan. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Whip 1 pint cream. Crush 1 dozen small or 6 (1 1/8 ounce) Heath Bars. Do not use blender, leave rather large pieces. Add to whipped cream. First have a layer of egg white mixture (baked). Top with 1/2 cream mixture, then other egg white layer, another cream layer. Garnish with bitter chocolate. |
