CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2-1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. milk

Shred cabbage and cook in small amount unsalted water, 8 minutes. Drain. Place half of cabbage in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with half of salt, pepper and paprika. Dot with butter. Add half of cheese. Repeat layers. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
