APPLE PIE (Baked) 
6 c. peeled & sliced apples
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice (unsweetened)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt

Simmer all together until thickened. Pour into pie shell and cover with crust. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust is done.
