QUICK PANCAKES 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted shortening
1 1/3 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs lightly. Stir in milk. Add melted shortening. Add all liquids to dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake on hot griddle until golden brown. 10-12 pancakes.
