POTATO MAGIC 
frozen hash brown patties (approximately 8)
2 cans creamed potato soup
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
garlic salt

You will need an 8 x 10 flat casserole pan.

Put hash browns in bottom of pan. Mix soup, sour cream and half of Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Pour mixture on top of hash browns. Sprinkle remainder of Cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serves 8.
