4 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. diced ham or bacon
Scant 1/2 c. Bisquick
Mushrooms; optional
Broccoli; optional

Grease 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Allow quiche to cool 15 minutes before eating.
