MAGIC PUMPKIN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

In large mixing bowl blend together all ingredients. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate. Best pumpkin pie you ever ate. Serves 6 to 8.
