RED VELVET COCOA CAKE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. red food coloring
2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and food coloring alternately combine flour, cocoa and salt. Stir baking soda into vinegar; fold into batter. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Use cream cheese frosting.
