1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. mixed parsley
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. ketchup

In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg with Worcestershire sauce and mustard until well blended. Add parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and milk. Add bread and stir well; let sit until bread absorbs most of liquid, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. Place in shallow greased baking pan. Spread top of loaf with ketchup. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
