HAM CRESCENTS 
1/4 lb. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 whole egg
1/2 lb. left over ham, ground finely

Mix together flour, butter, and salt as you would pie crust. Add egg with sour cream and mix into a dough. Roll out dough about 1/8 inch and fold dough in envelope fashion from top to center, and bottom to center, so that they just meet but do not lap over. Then fold in half from left and half from right, the same way. Allow to sit in cool place for 1 hour. Then roll again, making thin cut in 2 inch squares and put about 1/2 teaspoon of ham spread into each square. Roll into crescent shapes. Brush tops with a little beaten egg mixture and bake in greased pan about 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
