1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, any flavor
1 lg. pie shell, Mrs. Smith, 9 5/8 works best
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream or Half and Half

Cook sausage until done. Crumble then drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in defrosted shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell, bake at 375 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Ready when knife comes out clean. If top starts getting brown too fast, put tin foil on top until nearly done. 6-8 servings.
