"ARTICHOKE DIP" WITH ONION OR
GARLIC ROUNDS
 
1 sm. jar artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until browned.

Double the recipe - it's delightful!

Serve with garlic rounds.
