1 1/2 lbs. sausage 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained Instant potatoes, prepared according to directions Brown sausage and onion and drain. Put into pan. Put sauerkraut on top of meat, place potatoes over the sauerkraut then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 8 servings. |
