ORANGE CAKE 
7 eggs
1 c. D. C. Vanilla Protein Powder
3 tbsp. D. C. Diet Lite Sweetener
1 c. fine unprocessed bran
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. orange extract
1 tsp. orange peel
3 tbsp. artificial butter flavor
2 tbsp. non-fat dry milk
4 apples

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pour into large cake pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 large servings. Each equals 1 oz. protein, 1 fruit, daily bran, dry milk and protein powder allowance.
