CREAM OF WILD RICE SOUP 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
3 lg. yellow onion, chopped coarsely
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 c. flour
2 gal. chicken broth
4 pts. half & half
Salt, pepper, bay leaf & Italian seasoning to taste
6 c. cooked wild rice

Saute vegetables in butter, stir in flour. Add chicken broth and seasonings, heat through. Add half and half and wild rice. Adjust seasoning.
