1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix 1/3 c. evaporated milk 3/4 c. melted butter 1 c. chopped nuts 1 bag (12 oz.) chocolate chips Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk. Set aside. Mix butter, cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and nuts by hand. Spread 1/2 of mixture in pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Spread caramel mixture over chips. Spread rest of brownie mixture over caramel. Bake 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. |
