SWISS STEAK 
1 lb. top round steak or cube steak, cut into strips
Salt, pepper, paprika
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes

Flour steak slightly, adding salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Brown steak on both sides. In separate pan, saute celery, onions, and green pepper until tender. Combine steak, tomatoes, and saute mix. Cook covered in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
