BEEF STEW 
4 tbsp. butter
2 lb. beef stew meat
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Brown meat in 4 tbsp. butter. Remove from pan and cook onion in drippings. Add Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and buttermilk. Mix and cook in 325 degree oven 2 hours covered. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
