BEEF EATER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 loaf French bread
6-8 slices American cheese

Brown meat and onions; drain. Add soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish and simmer. Split French bread lengthwise and toast lightly in broiler. Spread beef mixture evenly over both pieces of bread. Cover edges completely. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 12-14 minutes. Top with slices of cheese and broil again until the cheese melts. Note: You can also use this recipe as filling for sloppy joes.
