MARZETTI 
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. ground meat
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Sauté onions and celery. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Simmer a few minutes. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Top with diced cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
