1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 - 1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Pack into greased loaf pan.

Bake 1 - 1/2 hours at 350°F.
