HOLIDAY RAISIN CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 3 c. shredded carrots 1/2 c. seedless raisins 1/2 c. golden seedless raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pans. Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts. Pour batter into four 3 x 6 inch well greased and floured bread pans. Bake 45-50 minutes. |
