VEGETABLE SOUFFLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, steamed & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp grated cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May also use spinach or asparagus instead of broccoli.
