EASY BEEF BRISKET 
1 beef brisket, boned & trimmed
Unseasoned meat tenderizer
Lowery's seasoned salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
3 tbsp. Figarios liquid smoke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle both sides of the brisket with meat tenderizer liberally. Sprinkle with garlic, celery and season salt. Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket and refrigerate covered overnight. Bake in a 225 degree oven for 6-8 hours. Can wrap tightly in foil for both marinating and cooking. Drain off juices before serving.
