1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

Sprinkle 1/2 jar of peanuts in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Melt chips and butter together. Fold in marshmallows and Eagle Brand milk. Press in pan over peanuts, press remaining nuts on top.
