SCALLOPED SAUSAGE AND POTATOES | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 4 med. potatoes (4 c.), thinly sliced 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 4 oz. shredded cheese (Colby or cheddar) 1 1/2 c. milk, heated Brown sausage and drain well. Place half the potatoes in a casserole, sprinkle half the flour and half the salt over potatoes. Top with half the sausage and half the cheese. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients. Pour heated milk over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. |
