GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 (13 oz.) can French green beans, drained
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 (13 oz.) can bean sprout, drained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Chili powder to taste
Sweet basil to taste

Brown meat. Pour out excess grease. Add remaining ingredients, adding chili powder and sweet basil last. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 6. 1 serving 175 calories or 2 medium fat meat and 1 vegetable exchange.
