SKILLET PORK CHOPS 
4 med. size pork chops
Pepper & salt to taste
Prepare mustard enough to spread over pork chops
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. water

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Spread prepared mustard over chops and flour over chops on both sides. Take 2 tablespoons of oil and heat in heavy skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides and drain skillet of oil. Put pork chops back into skillet and pour 1 can of chicken gumbo soup over chops, with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and simmer until done.
