MOM'S SOUTHWESTERN STEW 
2 lb. ground beef round
1 large onion chopped
5 large potatoes
3 (12 oz. ea.) cans V8 juice
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup water
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp, garlic powder
1/2 cup salsa

Brown hamburger and chopped onion. Peel and dice potatoes. Add rest of ingredients and cook approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
