1 lb. can Nestle's Quick or Hershey instant
8 qt. dry milk powder
7 oz. Pream or non-dairy creamer, dry
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa, optional

Mix together thoroughly. Strain or put in blender to remove lumps. Store in airtight container. Use 1/3 cup of mixture per cup of boiling water. Serves 40.
