WALNUT TARTS 
Little pecan pies.

SHELL:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Press around edges of tart pan compartments.

FILLING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together and spoon into tart shells and bake 25 minutes. After baking sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 24.
