WALNUT TART 
PASTRY SHELL:

1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk

Combine ingredients in food processor. Whirl just until dough holds together. Press dough evenly over bottom and up sides of 11-inch tart pan with removable bottom.

FILLING:

2 c. walnut halves
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla

Roast walnut halves in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes and let cool. Combine all ingredients except nuts in food processor until well blended. Scatter nuts into pastry shell. Pour the filling over the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is no longer liquid. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
