Peel potatoes, slice thin, about 1/8". Layer potatoes in casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Repeat layers until enough potatoes for number of servings required. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Especially good with pork chops.
