Mix ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Place in a wide-mouth jar. To make 1 serving, use 1 tablespoon toffee mix and 8 ounces of boiling water. Stir until all is dissolved. This makes a great gift or house warming token. Put a pretty piece of material over flat lid and attach a spoon.
