1 gallon cucumbers, sliced 3 c. sugar 3 c. vinegar 1/4 c. salt 3 c. water 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. mustard seed Onions Dill Heat sugar, vinegar, salt, water, celery seed and mustard seed until sugar dissolves. Use gallon glass jar. Put onions and dill on bottom of jar. Then fill about half way with cukes, then more onions and dill, then fill with cukes. Put onions and dill on top and pour syrup over all until covered. Place in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 3 days. Will keep a long time. |
