1 chicken
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 lemon and pepper seasoning
1 jar Lawry's seasoning salt

Wash chicken, then season with 2 tablespoons lemon and pepper seasoning and 2 tablespoons Lawry's seasoning salt. Add Italian salad dressing, mix; thoroughly mix the above. Then place in roasting pan; put in oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

Before chicken is halfway done, baste with melted butter and finish cooking until golden brown.
