VINEGAR PIE 
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 baked pie shell

Mix sugar and flour together. Add boiling water; cook 5 minutes. Add beaten egg and cook two minutes longer. Add lemon and vinegar. Pour in baked pie shell, cool.
