CHILEAN POTATOES 
4 potatoes, boiled and sliced
4 tomatoes, sliced
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1/2 lb. mozzarella
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking pan. Arrange one layer of potato slices, then add tomato slices and pepper strips. Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese, repeat. At last add the sour cream. Cover with foil. Bake until it is bubbling all over, approximately half an hour. Makes 4 servings.
