WHOLE WHEAT STICKS | |
2 c. whole wheat flour 2 c. quick oats, buzz in blender 2/3 c. finely chopped nuts 1 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1/3 c. coconut 1/2 c. sesame seeds 2/3 c. oil 2 c. chopped dates Add dates to combined dry ingredients. Emulsify oil and water by whipping together with fork. Add to dry ingredients and mix into stiff dough. Form into ball. Divide in half and roll out on lightly oiled cookie sheet to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3/4 x 3 inch strips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
