PASTA IN A POT 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
14 oz. jar Prego
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
8 or 12 oz. Provolone cheese
8 or 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add onions, garlic, sauce, tomatoes, and undrained mushrooms. Mix well. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse. Pour 1/2 macaroni shells in deep casserole. Cover with 1/2 sauce, 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 the cheese. Repeat. Cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove lid and bake until cheese browns (about 15 minutes).
