PASTA-IN-A-POT 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3 jars Ragu spaghetti sauce with meat
16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. Provolone cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Shell macaroni, cooked
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Minced garlic

Brown hamburger, drain excess grease. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and spaghetti sauce. Simmer 2 hours.

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and mix with sour cream. Put 1/2 the macaroni in the bottom of a small roaster, cover with sauce and top with 1/2 the Provolone cheese and 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat, ending with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until cheese is brown.
