WALDORF COLE SLAW 
8 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
1 c. diced red apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
Speck of pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of paprika
2 tbsp. vinegar

Toss together shredded cabbage, diced apples, walnuts and raisins. In a separate bowl mix the above dressing ingredients thoroughly. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 8.
