SOUFFLE 
10 slices bread, crusts cut off, cut in cubes
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 1/2 lbs. meat, shrimp or sausage

5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Grease casserole. First layer is bread. Second layer is cheese. Third layer is meat. Pour over all the above liquid mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8 people. From daughter Nancy's Christmas brunch.
