BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE 
1 cup apple juice (Organic)
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup of non-fat yogurt
1 banana
2 tbsp. vanilla or strawberry protein powder
3 tbsp. honey
1 cup of crushed ice

Add ingredients one at a time in blender. With this smoothie you have 4 recommened servings of fruit for the day.
