SEAFOOD NEWBURG 
3 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. scallops
3 cans cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
4 oz. pimento, drained
16 oz. light cream
Parmesan cheese
Rice or toast points
1/2 c. sherry
2 tsp. dry mustard

Saute mushrooms. Add cleaned shrimp, crab and scallops. Add soups, sherry, mustard and pimento. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch basking dish. Add cream and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve over rice or toast points.
